Npower Recruitment List Of 1,500 Beneficiaries Selected For 3-Month In-Camp Training

Npower recruitment list of 1,500 beneficiaries selected for 3-month are in-camp training.

NewsOne Nigeria reports that N-Power Programme team has sent an email to selected trainees of the N-Creative subcomponent of the famed N-Power Programme of the Nigerian government.

According to Nneka Ikem Anibeze, the Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to Sadiya Farouq, the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, N-Creative Training commences on January 15, 2021.

Selected candidates are asked to come with two copies each of their Identification Card and Bank Verification Number (BVN) printout, as well as personal items.

Sharing the information on her known Twitter handle on Thursday, Ikem wrote: “1500 beneficiaries have been selected as prospective trainees for a 3-month in-camp N-Creative Training from January 15, 2021. If you were chosen, you should’ve received an email. Come with 2 copies each of your ID & BVN print out and personal items.”

It is noteworthy that the N-Creative trainees were preselected in 2019 after they had registered on the portal in the first batch of 2016.

The training was conducted for the Southern Zone in 2019 in Benin City, Edo State. While that of the Northern Zone will commence this January.

The N-Power is a scheme set up by President Buhari since 8 June 2016, to address the issues of youth unemployment and help increase social development.


The Nigerian government said the scheme was created as a component of the National Social Investment Program, “to provide a structure for large scale and relevant work skills acquisition and development and to ensure that each participant will learn and practice most of what is necessary to find or create work”.
