Supreme Court rulings triumph for development in Kaduna, Kebbi – APC N/West chair

The All Progressives Congress (APC) North West National Chairman, Garba Ahmed Datti, has described the Supreme Court ruling affirming the elections of Governors Uba Sani of Kaduna state and Nasir Idris of Kebbi state as significant triumphs for peace, unity, and development in both states.

In a statement signed by the Zonal Publicity Secretary, Musa Mailafiya Masa, congratulated the Governors on their court victories.

He said the Supreme Court decisions concluded a prolonged legal battle that had held the states in suspense for months.

Hon. Garba Datti Ahmed, National Vice Chairman, North-west, expressed satisfaction with the Supreme Court’s affirmation of Sen. Uba Sani and Nasir Idris as the duly elected Governors of Kaduna and Kebbi states, respectively.

Ahmed emphasized that the rulings reflect the will of the people of both Kaduna and Kebbi states, who entrusted their mandate to the APC’s flag bearers for the sake of peace, unity, and sustainable development.

He urged the Governors to transcend partisan politics, extend a hand of fellowship to the opposition, and work collaboratively to fulfill their campaign promises for the greater good of their states. Additionally, the statement commended the judiciary for its unwavering commitment to justice.
