Govs meet Thursday on COVID-19 vaccines distribution

The nation’s 36 Governors are to meet on Thursday to strategise on the handling and distribution of the coronavirus vaccines just received in the country.
According to a statement by the spokesman of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF), Abdulrazaque Bello-Barkindo, the virtual meeting is scheduled to commence by 5 pm.
“The NGF will tomorrow hold an emergency virtual meeting tomorrow Thursday 4th March 2021.

“The meeting is of a single-item agenda, which will discuss the delivery of the COVID-19 vaccines and their distribution in the country.
“The meeting commences at 5 pm according to the invitation to governors issued this evening by the Director-General of the forum Mr Asishana B Okauru. Governors are to begin to join at 4 pm,” he said.
