Small Doctor speaks as his house is gutted by fire

Fire has destroyed the residence of singer, Adekunle Temitope, popularly known as Small Doctor.

The singer confirmed this on his Instagram story on Thursday, saying no life was lost.

In the post, the Afro-pop recording artiste said the property loss is a sign of greater things to come.

“No pressure for the Lord is with me. No life was lost. Ile Alaafin to jo, ewa lo bu kun. That is to say, king house wey burns na make beautification fit plenty.

“Iyanu mashele soonest. Mi o foh, I no break,” Small Doctor wrote in a mixture of Pidgin and Yoruba.

Daily Trust reports that this not the first time fire would destroy the house of a Nigerian musician.

On August 6, 2023, the home of a popular comedian and actor, Ayo Makun, aka AY, was gutted by fire.

It took the intervention of fire fighters to put off the fire which had already wreaked havoc in the building, which is located in the Lekki area of the state.

Though the exotic building was extensively damaged, no lives were lost in the incident.
