‘I hope you all learn from this’ DJ Cuppy pardons Isreal DMW, withdraws lawsuit
Following the public apology of Isreal DMW, billionaire’s daughter and female disc jockey Florence Ifeoluwa Otedola, professionally known as DJ Cuppy, has withdrawn the lawsuit against him.
Cuppy disclosed this in a post shared on Instagram moments ago, stating she has also instructed her lawyers to do likewise.
She further said that Isreal’s case should serve as a deterrent to all social media users adding that one should have a valid fact before speaking on matters.
She wrote: Update: Following the public apology of Isreal Afeare, I have decided to no longer proceed with the lawsuit and have instructed my lawyers accordingly.
As social media users, i hope we can all learn from this, and ensure we have valid facts before we speak on matters.
Kemi Filani recalls that DJ Cuppy had sued Isreal DMW for libel and defamation following the ongoing rift between her and Zlatan.
Dj Cuppy had cried out publicly for being blocked on social media platforms by Zlatan without any reason.
Reacting to Cuppy’s outburst, Israel DMW, in an Instagram post, revealed Zlatan Ibile blocked DJ Cuppy on social media for not compensating him for their success in the 2019 hit song Gelato.
He further revealed that the disc jockey took Zlatan for her fundraising in Abuja, where she made billions of naira yet never paid Zlatan, neither did she cater for his accommodation.
