‘Motherland The Musical’ marks Temi Otedola’s Stage Play debut
Temi Otedola, an actress and media personality, made her theatrical debut in “Motherland The Musical.”
The performance, which was directed and produced by Nigeria’s “Queen of Theatre,” Bolanle Austen Peters, was the ideal fusion of costume design and narrative.
Otedola performs as “Young Hassana” in the theatrical play, a Fulani girl who must negotiate forbidden love amidst the social unrest and political unrest in 1957 Nigeria.
She is a marvellously physical actor, as she has long shown in her film appearances. She surpasses herself in this song, displaying agility and adaptability in both her acting and singing.
