Transfer News: AC Milan In Talks With Chelsea To Sign French Midfielder

Italian Serie A giant, AC Milan is said to have renewed their interest in signing Chelsea midfielder, Tiemoue Bakayoko on loan for a fee of up to €3m (£2.7).

According to the report, the Italian club will have an option to buy the French midfielder for €35m (£31.5m).

The 25 years old, who was on loan with Milan during 2018/2019 season made 42 appearances for the club.

Chelsea signed Bakayoko from Monaco in 2017 for a fee of £40m, but the midfielder has struggled to have a place in Chelsea’s first team, the French midfielder spent his last season on loan with the Ligue 1 side.

Bakayoko is among the list of players Frank Lampard is willing to sell to boost his transfer funds this summer

Chelsea already signed Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech and still will to sign more before the start of a new season.
