Serie A: Osimhen named in Team of the Season

Super Eagles forward Victor Osimhen has been included in the Serie A Team of the Season, DAILY POST reports

Osimhen, 25, also made the selection last season after helping Napoli win the Scudetto for the first time in over three decades.

The striker has impressed in the Italian top-flight this season despite Napoli’s poor showing.

The Nigerian has registered 15 goals and three assists in 24 league appearances for the Partenopei in the current campaign.

Only Inter Milan’s Lautaro Martinez and Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic have scored more goals than him in the current campaign.

Osimhen is expected to leave Napoli at the end of the season.
