FA Cup final: No chance – Paul Merson predicts scoreline for Man City vs Man Utd

Arsenal legend, Paul Merson, has backed Manchester City to beat Manchester United in today’s FA Cup final.

Man City will face Man United at Wembley Stadium Saturday evening.

Merson insisted that he would be ‘shocked if Manchester United got anywhere close to winning.’

He, however, predicted 3-0 scoreline in favour of Pep Guardiola’s side.

“I’d be shocked if Manchester United got anywhere close to winning this one, but they need to score first to have any chance of getting their hands on the trophy,” Merson told Sportskeeda.

“A few years ago, Manchester United always had the counter-attacking threat to cause City problems, and they got a handful of results over their local rivals, but this time, I give them no chance. Prediction: Manchester City 3-0 Manchester United.”
