MOA Calls For Peaceful Elections, Charges Nigerians To Vote Bola Tinubu

Less than 72 hours to the 2023 general elections, a grassroot mobiliser and astute politician, Dr Michael Olusegun Adejimi (MOA), has called on Nigerians to remain peaceful as they cast their votes on Saturday for the Presidential and National Assembly elections.

He made this known via a statement, through his media aide, Segun Akinleye.

Dr Adejimi said this is the time for Nigerians home and in diaspora to unite and change the course of governance to a progressive one.

According to him, 2023 in not a time to gamble as a lot is at stake.

He said, “This is the time to engage a trusted, tested and proven person. This is the time to put our conviction for Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu. He is tested and proven and he has delivered remarkably well. This is the time to look beyond sentiments and ethno-religious biases to choose the right candidate for Nigeria.

‘This is the time to engage an experience leader to usher in an administration that will set a new direction for Nigeria. Tinubu is the one that will change the course of governance for good. This is a leadership that is going to bring in young, experienced, qualified and competent hands into each spheres of governance. We should not miss this chance.

“I want to call on all Nigerians to unite together and work together by casting their votes for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu. They should also be prepared to defend their votes. We should also stick to the guidelines issued by the electoral body.”

Dr MOA also called on the people of Osun state to choose continuity by voting for the APC candidates across board.

He said, “I call on the good people of Ayeedade, Irewole Isokan to re-elect our leader, Hon Taiwo Olukemi Oluga for the next four years. Her first tenure has shown that the second four years will be so rewarding for everyone within her constituency.

“I also charge us to cast our votes for Dr Raheem Tadese for Osun West Senatorial District. He is the definition of a leader who has the interest of people at heart, irrespective of religion or ethnicity. We can’t afford to miss the opportunity. This is the time to put our conviction for Asiwaju Tinubu.

“In the same vein, we must ensure we return Hon Olodo Adebayo for Ayedaade State Constituency. His first term has been nothing short of promises kept.”

Dr MOA concluded by enjoining Nigerians to eschew evil and remain prayerful for a successful election.
