There’s a heavy gridlock along the Lagos-Ibadan expressway on Wednesday after a tanker fell and spilled its content on the highway.
It was gathered that residents trooped out with jerry cans in their hands immediately the tanker crashed, barricading the highway.
They had made attempts to scoop fuel being spilt by the fuel truck around Dan co, outward Lagos.
The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) confirmed the crash of the truck to newsmen.
FRSC Spokesman, Florence Okpe, said the area was cordoned off to avoid a secondary crash.
