According to a statement by Reuben Morka, the Commission’s Spokesman, the show is anticipated to increase the Commission’s voice on radio and television in an effort to give stakeholders timely information about developments and concerns in the telecoms business.

It went on to say that one of the main goals of the program would be to continuously raise awareness among various stakeholders about the activities and programs of the Commission as it strives to achieve regulatory excellence, in addition to making issues related to telecommunications services simpler for the average consumer.

In order to give a cross-section of telecommunications service users the opportunity to learn from these experiences and apply them in the use of their services, NCC indicated that user experiences collected through consumer-related events and vox pop will be utilized to spice the program.

In order to aid in the process of raising knowledge of the business, it was further stated that expert perspectives will also be prominently featured. Quiz shows with rewards for viewers and listeners will also be a regular part of the program.
