Federal Housing Authority to embark on verification of its houses, land nationwide

In a bid to verify all her authentic allottees, the management of Federal Housing Authority is to commence a verification exercise of all the Authority’s lands and houses nationwide.

The exercise, which is coming shortly after FHA, launched its digitalisation, which is aimed to capture the accurate data of the agency’s authentic allottees.

In an advertorial published by the Authority in some major newspapers on Monday,27th May 2024, the exercise would commence on 3rd June 2024 in all the Zonal offices of the agency across the country, and last for 90 days from the date of publication.

A statement by the Public Relations Officer, Mr Keneth Chigelu, urged all genuine allottees to avail this opportunity to update all their relevant information that would be captured in the database of the Authority.

He also urged all allottees of the agency with outstanding statutory payments to use this opportunity to clear their liabilities.

FHA, he noted, would not fail to invoke the relevant clauses in the letter of allocation to deal with erring allottees.
