BREAKING: Obi defeats Tinubu in Lagos

Mr Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s presidential candidate, has defeated the All Progressives Congress’s presidential candidate in Lagos State.

The results were compiled at the Independent National Electoral Commission’s Lagos State collation center in Yaba.

Obi won nine of the state’s local government areas.

The LGAs are Ajeromi-Ifelodun, Amuwo-Odofin, Eti-Osa, Ikeja, Kosofe, Oshodi-Isolo, Somolu, Ojo and Alimosho

Tinubu triumphed in Agege, Apapa, Badagry, Epe, Ibeju-Lekki, Ifako-Ijaiye, Ikorodu, Lagos Island, Lagos Mainland, and Surulere.
