Police in Adamawa calls for reclaim of motorcycles, others recovered from criminals

The Nigeria Police in Adamawa State has displayed recovered items which have not been claimed by their owners.
The items which included a car, five motorcycles, and clothes, are currently at the state
Police command headquarters in Yola for their respective owners to identify and collect.
According to a Press Statement released Tuesday by Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Suleiman Nguroje, the items were recovered in 2016 and 2017.
Nguroje stated, “The Adamawa State Police Command wishes to inform members of the general public that the unclaimed properties recovered by the Command’s police operatives attached to the State CID during investigations sometimes in 2016 and 2017 respectively are still unclaimed.
“The Commissioner of Police, CP Aliyu Adamu Alhaji, calls on members of the public particularly those whose vehicles/motorcycles were stolen then, to report to police headquarters (CID) with original proofs of ownership to identify and claim accordingly.”
