Former Big Brother Naija housemate has taken to social media to lament over the misdemeanor of her staff.

According to the reality TV star in a video shared on social media, running a Lagos business can be stressful and challenging.

Lamenting over her dispatch riders’ misconduct, Tacha said many people come looking for a job when they are finally offered the job; at some point, they become disloyal to their boss.

Tacha further said it wrong for dispatch riders who use the company’s motorcycle for personal use and lies they held up in traffic at various Lagos locations.

According to Tacha, many people assume that there are places business owners plug money from, which is detrimental to the company’s growth and other staff.
