Nollywood actress, Mary Njoku has reacted after she and her husband were accused of poor payments to graduates.

Kemi Filani recalls that The CEO of Iroko TV, Jason Njoku took to social media to brag about his children school fees revealing that a school fee of 4-5million isn’t a big deal.

This statement stirred up some unpleasant emotions in some Nigerians who stormed his page to dragged him for paying so little to graduates despite knowing the quality of certification they have.

Mary Njoku via her Instagram page to speak on the issue where she stated that being a graduate means one knows how to read and write and what she is more interested in is what value they bring into the company.

In her words, the mother of three wrote;

Service, You get paid 3m. If you provide 10k service you get the same. It doesn’t matter if you graduated 1st class. Ask yourself.. how important is my work to the growth of the company? How good is my performance? I am a gradute1 I studied biochemistry. I am a graduate with 1st class medicine. I am a graduate with bla bla bla…

In my world, being a graduate just means you can read and write. So can SSCE holders. I am more interested in what Value you can provide. Education is an acquisition of skill, not certificate
