Zenith Bank, Borno govt bag Daily Trust aw

The Management of Media Trust Group, publishers of Daily Trust and other titles, has nominated Zenith Bank PLC and the Borno State Government to receive the customer loyalty awards.

The awards will be presented to Zenith Bank PLC under the private sector category while the Borno State Government is being honoured under the public sector category.

They will be presented at the Daily Trust’s long service award slated for December 20, 2023.

In separate letters to the Group Managing Director of Zenith Bank PLC, Dr Ebenezer Onyeagwu, and Governor Babagana Umara Zulum and signed by the Chairman, Board of Directors of Media Trust, Malam Kabiru Yusuf, the company said both entities were honoured for their patronage of the paper in the 2022/2023 financial year.

The letter said, “In line with the policy of Media Trust in recognising staff that have worked for Ten (10), Fifteen (15), and Twenty (20) years by giving them long service award, we have included this year, a new category of awardees titled “Customer Loyalty Award”. This award category is aimed at identifying and thanking our most loyal customers (Daily Trust and Trust TV).”

The letter said both the Borno State Government and Zenith Bank were being nominated for their Lifetime Value (LTV) to Media Trust.
