Adron Homes and Properties a leading real estate company has partnered with the Nigerian Police Force in bringing the Police closer to the residents of the Shimawa community in Ogun State. The company donated an ultramodern Police station and Police Barrack.

Adron Homes and Properties has consistently demonstrated a dedication to the welfare of the communities in which they operate by starting new development initiatives.

Shimawa has once more benefited from the CSR project of Adron Homes and Properties.

The Inspector General of Police, Alhaji Usman Baba Alkali, unveiled the ultramodern police station on Tuesday, commissioning it along with eight-bedroom apartments for the Police Barrack in Shimawa, Obafemi Owode Local Government Area, Ogun State.

The IGP, who was represented by Assistant Inspector General of Police for Zone 2, Mr. Bode Adeyinka Adeleke, advised the community to treat the recently given cutting-edge station as their project and to take care of it as such.

Prince Dapo Abiodun, the governor of Ogun State, was in attendance. He was represented by Adeola Sonsanwo, the executive secretary of the Ogun State Security Trust Fund. Sonsanwo thanked Adron Homes and Properties for their goodwill and assured the community of government intervention, particularly given the dire need for urgent repair of their road.

Lanre Bankole, the commissioner of police for Ogun State, stated that the station can safely be considered one of the best in the nation at the present. He reaffirmed the Nigerian police’s commitment to fostering an enabling environment for Nigerians by safeguarding the safety of life and property, adding that residents of Shimawa may now go to sleep soundly.

The GMD/CEO of Adron Homes and Properties, Aare Adetola EmmanuelKing, noted that Shimawa is a noteworthy community for the company because it houses the company’s first estate, and he added, “It is of germane interest to our organization to continue to give back to every community we are present in and even where we are not yet through our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.”

According to him, “the building of this ultramodern police station and a barrack with the best facilities, along with our donation of a Hilux Patrol Vehicle and power motorbikes to support and beef up security presence in the community and neighboring community, as well as one of our contributions to the security architecture of the state and nation at large,” are all examples of our contributions.

The National President PCRC Amb. Dr. Farouk A. Maiyama and his deputy national chairman, Southern Nigeria PCRC, National Vice Chairman of PCRC, and other significant traditional leaders were all present at the ceremony.
